All requests undergo review. We may require unboxing videos, serial number checks, or quality inspection. False claims will be rejected.

Pickup arranged at your address or self-ship required. For seller errors (damage/wrong item), return shipping is free. For convenience returns, charges may apply.

Timeline: 5 to 15 business days after approval (subject to bank/issuer processing).
