The Story Behind This Mojari

This mojari (also called jutti) is handcrafted in Jodhpur, Rajasthan – the heart of India’s traditional footwear industry. Each pair takes 2-3 days to complete, from cutting the leather to hand-stitching the upper and attaching the sole.

The artisans we work with have been making mojaris for over 20 years. No machines are used for the stitching – only traditional needles and waxed thread.
